Adding Photos to Your Listing

Each listing can have up to 7 color photos. To add photos to your listing use one of the following 2 options:

1. Electronic files. If your photos are already scanned as an electronic file you can upload them directly to our server. Please use the following guidelines when uploading files:

We accept image files in .jpg and .bmp formats only. We cannot accept other formats such as .gif, .wpd or .pdf.
Each photo must be in its own file (one photo per file).
During the upload process your photos will be automatically resized to fit in our standard listing format. Your main photo will be reduced so the largest dimension (height or width) fits into a 300 pixel box. Your other 6 photos will be reduced to fit into a 188 pixel box. If your photos are already smaller than the standard sizes no resizing will be done. Resizing your photos is required to allow your potential buyers to easily view and print your listing as well as to reduce the file size so that your listing will download quickly. This will not effect the quality of your photos.
You can upload photos at any time and as many times as you want. Each time you upload a file it will replace the photo currently on your listing.
Uploading photos is a simple 3 step process that takes only minutes (depending on the speed of your connection to the internet). At the end of the process your photos will automatically be posted to your listing. No manual steps by HomeSellCanada.com staff are required.

2. Color Prints. If you just have regular hard copy photos you can mail them to the following address and we will scan and post them for free (usually within 24 hours of receiving them):
